This card was inspired by one seen on CTMH's website of featured art. The original used stamps from last August's stamp of the month, Free Spirit, and featured a birdhouse. I took the idea and made a doghouse, since the recipient of the card had given stuffed puppet dogs to my kids for Christmas (ones that barked out the tune of "Santa Claus Is Coming to Town").
Stamp Sets: Weathered Backgrounds, Puppy Love, Spunky Greetings (retired)
Cardstock: Olive, Desert Sand, Barn Red, Cocoa (background of doghouse)
Ink: Garden Green, Desert Sand, Barn Red, Black, Heavenly Blue (marker to color inside the black eye)
